Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SnapPose mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

SnapPose is operated by Novahub Technology Company Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Description of Service

SnapPose is a mobile application that provides AI-matched pose suggestions based on your location photos. The App analyzes scene characteristics such as lighting, mood, and setting to recommend relevant pose references from a curated library.

Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use SnapPose for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

  • Upload or photograph locations to receive pose suggestions
  • Browse and view pose reference photos
  • Save pose references to your device’s camera roll
  • Subscribe to SnapPose Unlimited for additional features

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the pose reference photos for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect pose reference content through automated means
  • Redistribute pose references as your own content library or competing product

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All pose reference photos, AI matching algorithms, app design, and related content are owned by or licensed to Novahub Technology Company Limited. All rights are reserved.

Your Content

Photos you upload to the App for scene analysis remain yours. We do not claim any ownership over your uploaded photos. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded photos are not stored after processing.

Free and Paid Services

Free Tier

SnapPose offers 3 free searches per day without requiring an account. This free tier may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.

SnapPose Unlimited

Paid subscriptions are available:

  • Monthly: $9.99 per month
  • Annual: $39.99 per year

Prices are in US Dollars and may vary by region. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Management

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy

Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapPose is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Pose suggestions will meet your specific expectations
  • The AI matching will be perfectly accurate for every scene

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Novahub Technology Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Pose Reference Content

The pose references provided in SnapPose are intended as inspiration and guidance only. We make no claims that reproducing any pose will result in a specific outcome. Users pose at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution and judgment.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
